pub enum Origin {
Copy,
Cut {
from: DocumentNonce,
},
}Expand description
Which gesture made a payload, and — for a cut — the document it was taken out of.
A cut is the only payload whose ids a paste may keep, and only where it
has come home: the ids in a snapshot from another document name
entities that document minted, and re-creating them here would plant a
foreign numbering in a document that never issued it. Every
cross-document flow re-mints (docs/log-vs-snapshot.md §5.1), and this
is what keeps that true now that “deleted” and “never here” are one
state.
